The Important Questions

We work closely with our Brands to make sure every purchase is checked and valid. As with those other cashback sites this can take 3-6 months depending on the Brand.

We need you to link a payment card so we can track and reward your purchases. We only see the transactions you make with our Brands so we can reward you. We can't see your spend with any other companies.

We will never share your information to a third party without your permission.
If you wish to withdraw to your bank account, make sure we have your up-to-date details registered on your settings page.

You can redeem your rewards in the 'Rewards' section, by tapping 'Redemption History' then selecting the amount.

When your current balance reaches £10, you will be able to redeem your rewards. Please allow up to 6 working days for the payment to reach you.
Once you've made a purchase you should see your cashback track on your activity page.

After purchases are tracked, they are given a pending status on your account. This is a restriction set by our retail partners.

When you enter your card details this information is transmitted to us encrypted within secure webpages using SSL, Data, and Password encryption technology.

Your card numbers are only stored and processed in encrypted format. This means that if anyone does guess your email address/password combination they will not be able to see the card information that you have registered.

Data storage on our systems, and the communication between us and thefinancial and technology companies is in accordance with legislation and best practice within the payment card industry.

We never ask you to provide the security code and of course we do not know your PIN for high street transactions either.
There are two types of communications we send to our community:

The first is service communications that are critical to operating the service for our members and are designed to confirm your transactions, rewards and new retailer launches.

The second are marketing communications where we promote to offers from our retailer partners as well as community competitions.
